Professional HSE & Fire Safety Leader with 36 years of national and international experience across mega‑infrastructure, airports, high‑rise developments, marine works, electromechanical projects, and expressways. My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to protecting people, strengthening systems, and building safety cultures that last.

I have led HSE & Fire Safety operations for Navi Mumbai International Airport Project, Mumbai, and Bengaluru International Airports, and contributed to iconic projects including the Dubai International Airport (Project) Burj Al Arab, Dubai Metro, Inter‑Emirates Expressways, and major UAE infrastructure programs. My work blends technical mastery with empathy-driven leadership — ensuring safety is not just a requirement, but a shared value.

As a Project Safety Consultant for Navi Mumbai International Airport, I serve as the SPOC between Project and Operations, driving operational readiness, risk governance, contractor enablement, and safety culture transformation.

Beyond projects, I mentor young professionals, guide contractors and communities, and advocate for practical, competency-based safety practices across India. My leadership during the COVID‑19 lockdown — supporting police, municipal teams, and hospitals — reflects my belief that safety is a service to society.
